ZOAN602 This product is made of high strength binder, high temperature resistant material, heat insulation material and so on. It has strong adhesion force and good fireproof performance, and replace the two-component construction process of the cementitious fireproof paint, which make construct process easier.

| Surface Preparation | The substrate surface must be clean,dry and free from contamination, such as dust,oil stain,water stain,etc. |
| Mixing | Fix the paint with water by ratio 1:1, and stir well. |
| Construction Method |
(1)To clean surface of the steel structure ,the substrate surface should be free of dust, rust,oil and other impurity (2)The first brushing paint thickness cant surpass 5mm, and do not execute the second layer brushing until the first layer become dry. The paint thickness could be adjustable as per the requirement. (3)The coating thickness should be uniform, the surface should be flat. (4)Construction environment temperature should be above 5℃, relative humidity is less than 85%. |
